Solving the problems of economic security in the public-state system is directly related to the need for the creative development of social sciences, because without the creative development of social sciences and the introduction of fundamentally new ideas into practice, economic security in society and in the state cannot be effectively ensured.

 In connection with the above, it is of fundamental importance to identify and stimulate the activity of true scientists in general, and, in particular, in the field of social sciences, who are the creators of fundamentally new scientific directions and fundamentally new scientific theories that create and can create intellectual — theoretical — foundations for economic security, and therefore for security in society and in the state as a whole.

Therefore, it is crucial to find out:

Who is who in the social sciences ?!

It is based on the need to clarify this issue, and the selection of true scientists among other representatives of the social sciences - as creators of fundamentally new ideas, I have many years ago created the Classification of representatives of the social sciences.

I consider it necessary here to note that some – who have academic degrees and titles – are representatives of the social sciences engaged only in “retelling” and some “commenting” on views known in scientific and educational literature, apparently in order to justify their marked “activity” to “justify” the “uselessness” of “creating” a “new bicycle” in science, which in reality means “slaying” of science and a crime against humanity (?!).

Therefore, it is illegal to consider them true scholars, because it is necessary to take into account that a true scientist is not a “narrator” and “commentator” of other people's ideas, but the creator of a revolutionary new science, it is like a genius “composer” in the social sciences.

At the same time, I consider it illegal to blame and criticize a person for the inability to create fundamentally new things in science, because not everyone is given this.

However, when a person is not only incapable of creating fundamentally new things in science, he is not even able to realize and understand the value of creative ideas created by others, and when, despite this, he “bulges” with a claim to be considered a true scientist, then it is shameful and even criminal (?!).

Moreover, I respect any honest and decent person, regardless of his education, whether or not he has academic degrees and titles, regardless of his position, etc., but I categorically will not accept arrogant and “ half-dull” "rogues" in general, and moreover, in the sphere of science, which they use as a “trough”, and which by their act create a threat to the security of the state, and only inhibit the development of science, society, the state and humanity as a whole (?!).
